Services

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows documents to be notarized electronically using secure audio-visual technology. The signer must appear online with valid identification and meet all platform requirements.

A $25 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service cost. Final pricing varies based on the number of notarizations, platform usage, and service needs. A 3.7% processing fee applies to card payments.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time or failure to be available at the time of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

All signers must have valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification and successfully complete identity verification through the RON platform. A stable internet connection and audio/video-capable device are required.

Notarizations are $10 per act in accordance with Michigan law. Additional platform or processing fees may apply.

If the notarization cannot be completed due to identity verification failure, technical issues, or inability to meet RON requirements, the reservation fee remains non-refundable. One rescheduled appointment may be offered if the issue can be corrected; additional sessions may require a new reservation fee.

I-9 Employment Verification (Not a Notarization)

In-person I-9 employment verification service. I will act as an authorized representative to verify identity and complete Section 2 of Form I-9. This is not a notarization, and no notarial seal will be used.

A $35 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service cost. A 3.7% processing fee applies to card payments.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time or failure to be available at the time of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

Please have all required documents available at the time of your appointment. All documents must be original and unexpired.

If proper documentation is not available at the time of appointment, the visit will still be considered complete and the reservation fee will be retained.

Print & Notarize Service (30 min)

Additional printing fees may apply for large document packages or multiple copies.

Printing is completed prior to arrival. If the appointment is canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time or documents are not ready, applicable printing fees and the reservation fee will be retained.

Hospital / Facility Notary Appointment (30–45 min)

A $40 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service cost. Final pricing varies based on service needs and travel distance. A 3.7% processing fee applies to card payments.
